post, publish, upload, distribute or disseminate material or information that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, threatening, abusive, Pornographic, illegal, harassing or unlawful;
post, publish, distribute or disseminate material or information that incites discrimination, hate or violence towards any person or group on account of their race, religion, disability, nationality or otherwise;
threaten, abuse, disrupt, stalk or otherwise violate the legal rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
use any information or material in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of any party;
make available or upload files that contain a virus, worm, trojan or corrupt data that may damage the operation of the computer or property of another;

You, whether you are a Registered user or just a non-Registered user who visits Dive4Vids, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behavior of users - whether on the Dive4Vids website or outside of it. We only provide a platform where the Dive4Vids may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that Dive4Vids does not prescreen or monitor the material contributed by Members.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Scuba diving is a potentially harmful watersport which can pose serious risk to the diver, resulting, in the worst case, serious injury or death. Under no conditions should you attempt to scuba dive without the proper specialist training from qualified instructors who are linked and trained by reputable agencies. Dive4Vids is not liable for any loss, damage or injury, including death, which may result from participating in either scuba diving, snorkeling or any of the activities mentioned within this site.

Use of the Dive4Vids is at your own risk. The Website and Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
